The company SUBOENO S.A. has overtaken the premises and the activities of the former SUBER
S.A., which was founded in 1952 and employed 25 people in Burtigny, where about 200 million corks were dealt with every year.
In 1999 SUBER S.A. was sold to the group SABATE S.A., Céret (France), at present OENEO-
BOUCHAGE S.A.At the end of 2004, OENEO-BOUCHAGE S.A. decided to detach itself from its Swiss branch. That's why they asked Mr Fiora if I would possibly be interested in taking over and continuing the activities of the company SUBER S.A. on the Swiss territory.
So, Mr Fiora has built up SUBOENO S.A., asking their partner MARTINE VIALATTE OENOLOGIE, which is in partnership with the group SOFRALAP, Epernay (France) to take over a participation in the capital of the company, what they actually consented to do.
At the moment SUBOENO S.A. employs 9 people in Switzerland and is reenergizing their presence abroad, above all in France.
The company is very active in the field of corking and the wine-making.

  
 
 
 
  Corking :

We trade in all kind of corks from different provenance:  Portugal, Spain and above all, thanks to former acquaintances, from Sardinia. Having worked on the development of the screw-cap on the Swiss territory, SUBOENO S.A. is at present certainly the company that is having the best hindsight and know-how in this kind of plugging. Actually, the screw-cap got already introduced into Switzerland in 1972.

As already mentioned above we represent the company MARTIN VIALATTE OENOLOGIE with all their oenological  products, as well as with the counselling belonging to them. Concerning this we specify that all of our representatives are oenologists, an utmost important condition for working in this field.
